For a fixed monthly fee we hand your employees their own high-quality ride. Whether they pick one of our classic pedal bikes or go for a reliable e-Bike.
In case the bike breaks down, we’ll fix it on the spot or we swap it for another one. This way, you’ll always have a worry-free ride.

The subscriptions of each individual employee are monthly cancellable.
When an employee leaves the company, please notify us as soon as possible (and consider the 30 days notice-period). We then can either 1) change their subscription to a regular B2C subscription if they wish to keep the bike or 2) plan an appointment to hand in their bike.
No, you can offer a Swapfiets subscription even without an employer contribution. Due to tax benefits this can still save employees up to 40% on their monthly subscription costs. You are then merely facilitating this via the monthly payroll process.
When you decide not to make a contribution as an employer to the monthly fee, these costs are 100% deducted from the gross salary of your employee. This means that the ‘new’ gross salary is lowered, over which then taxes are paid. Therefore, your employee saves on taxes up to 40%, depending on their personal circumstances. Furthermore, as an employer you also save on social costs.
